General Overview of the Program

Bachelor of Banking and Finance (BBF) is a four-year-undergraduate program of study. This program is specifically designed to equip students with a coherent understanding of banking and finance concepts and transactions combining theory and practice. It's to develop the students the capability to become responsible business leaders with outstanding knowledge in banking and finance. It enables the students to conduct financial analysis and recommend investment and planning decisions to create value for firms and develop the students a clear understanding of the nature of financial institutions and managerial decision making within this environment.

Graduates may get opportunities to be: Multinational financial managers, Multinational bank and insurance managers, Multinational funds managers, Investment analysts in stock exchange markets, corporate financial managers or treasurers, Portfolio managers for trust funds, superannuation funds and insurance companies, Investment analysts, Financial researchers in stock broking firms, merchant banks, trading banks and government departments, management consultants and takeover specialists in corporate advisory divisions of merchant banks, public accounting firms, and management consulting firms. Students who hold bachelor degree in Banking and Finance can pursue Master degree or Ph.D degree in finance, business administration, economics, and other related fields.
