General Overview of The Program
The School of International Program (SIP) was created in the university in April 2004 with a view to provide international degree to the needy students at master and Ph.D. levels. The main aim of this school is to help in developing human resources of international standards in the fields like research, information technology, engineering, etc. on which the country is lagging far behind compared to other countries of the world. At present, the school is running the IT programs of Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), India.

SIP will be largest centre of excellence in providing international degrees of different levels in the region.
Mission
SIP is committed to extending the image of Build Bright University through enhancing the collaboration with overseas universities on various programs, and providing high quality education to national and international students.
Objectives
The objectives of the school are as follows:
- To make collaboration with overseas universities to run different academic programs.
- To maintain international quality in providing education through highly qualified and experienced
international and local teachers.
- To organize international seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. in collaboration with overseas
universities and organizations.
